The Geneva Foundation, as the institutional recipient of research awards for the SRSP and its DoD investigators, operates under the policies of the Office of Management and Budget, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and in accordance with the policies of the funding agency. 

The Geneva Foundation is a nonprofit organization which is subject to the following regulations:
